volunteering opportunities

Now more than ever, we need volunteer support from everyone in our Nativity School community!

2021-2022

Schedule of Special Events and Fundraisers

Welcome Nativity families, new and old!  We hope you had a fantastic summer and are looking forward to this year as much as we are.  Below is a brief outline of special events held throughout the year as well as volunteer opportunities and committee chairs.  Together, with our faculty and staff, it is through teamwork at events like these, that Nativity has built such a strong family community.  The success of each event is 100% dependent upon involvement from families like you.  We encourage you to reach out to any of the committee chairs and ask how you can become involved.  Any amount of time you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

Our HSA (Home and School Association) plays an important role in facilitating many of these events.  HSA is comprised of a group of parents who help perform two primary functions through school events: fundraising and community enrichment or “fun”raising.  HSA’s fundraising efforts account for 17% of the school’s budget, contributing directly to your student’s experience and the cost to educate. The HSA Co-Chairs for 2021/2022 are Kristina Lighten (klighten03@gmail.com), Erin Riker (erinlcody@gmail.com), and Treasurer, Liz Ragan (echendel@hotmail.com).

This year we are hoping to bring back the events you know and love, with some new experiences added into the mix, while keeping the health and safety of our school community at the forefront.  With that in mind, please know that events listed may change as necessary.  Please be attentive to emails and our Nativity Facebook page, both will keep you up to date with the latest information.
